Rules and Requirements for the Contest
There are really no basics on what you write about. Be creative and have fun! You may write short stories and poetry. Also watch the grammar and punctuations. The poems can be any type of poem you desire. What ever you feel comfortable with. I have myself and two other judges helping and if you would like to be a judge please send me a note. I want this to be fair and most of all I want this to be fun. Any questions or anything here that you didn't get please send me a note. No comments please.....
First place winner will receive a 3 months Subscription and one month feature on my journal and all of my lovely praises
Second place winner will receive a one month subscription and 2 week feature on my journal and my lovely praises
Third place winner will receive a weeks feature on my journal as well as my lovely praises And for those who don't know me my praises are wonderful, I promise to make people notice.
Also I will feature the winner in the News section.......

A perfect Mother's Day Gift
Mother's Day is approaching and I for one had no clue what to get my Mom. I mean I have a thousand ideas but nothing that really said something awesome and was super special until this morning. I hope all is well with all of you and you have been behaving, lol. Oh Behave, like I do.
I am busy as a bee and trying to find solitude in my life. I am on a constant go, never resting even when I sleep but today after another doctor visit for my pup Suri, I am taking a breather. The kids and I are going to the beach. It is a gorgeous hot day out and fun in the sun sounds great right about now. The dishes are piling, the laundry is threatening to wash itself and I have a paper due but I need out of this house.
